Post launch tasks will usually include support and maintenance of the website, but also creating marketing and social media campaigns to help improve SEO.
Most of these tasks will bring us back to the Discovery phase.

Port of Seattle
Working with remote teams, we kept track of issues in a spreadsheet during QA.
After launching the website, commenting was opened to the public, and then the final document was displayed on the website with a PDF service that converted print PDFs to interactive online experiences. The design needed to work around the tool.
Google Analytics reports were created almost every quarter to track the progress of the designs. After launch of the site, we also created a mobile landing page for the new app. I also created documentation on creating and reviewing reports from Google Analytics.
After providing all the reports, I also provided a large document detailing suggestions and fixes for each WCAG guideline as well as quick reference guides for future websites.
